Marcia Marie Ashby

Marcia Marie Ashby passed away peacefully in her home Tuesday, April 18, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Paul H. Ashby. Her three children, Paul J (Amy) Ashby, Mary (Jason) and Victoria (Tom). Three cherished grandchildren, two great grandchildren. Brothers, Joe (Jean) Minocchi, Ron (Carol) Minocchi and Don Minocchi, multiple nieces and nephews.

Marcia was born and raised in Canton Ohio. Like her mother, She was an amazing cook and loved to throw Stromboli parties. Marcia thrived most when she was creating in the kitchen, making cards, or writing.

If the Ohio State Buckeyes were on she was watching, and she was always up to win at Euchre and loved her Pinochle. She was a great listener with a big heart. Her loyalty and strength were that of a saint. She was Mama Ashby to many, all that knew her loved her.

An open house on Friday, April 21st, will take place at Paul and Amy Ashby‘s residence on Marco Island from 3 to 6 PM. Please feel free to come by and celebrate the life of Marcia .
