Mary Jane Irvine

Mary Jane Irvine, age 91, of Marco Island, Florida, passed away June 26, 2026. Formerly of Gwynedd Valley, Pa., she had been a resident of Marco Island since 1995. She is survived by her son, J. Robert Irvine and his wife Carol, and grandchildren Robert, Brandon(Devon), Lauren Schwind(Jacob) along with 4 great grandchildren, Wesley and Hallie Irvine and Patrick and Alice Schwind. She was predeceased by her husband, William Kirk Irvine, her son William Kirk Irvine II, and her parents John and Clara Steinmetz

She was born April 17, 1935, in Phila., Pa. and attended Philadelphia public schools and graduated from Germantown High School in 1952.

She was an active member of the United Church of Christ of Marco Island, where she served as a Deacon.

She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Corinthian Chapter 13; Daughters of the Nile, Tab’ltha Temple 135; Tri-City Nile Club; Egyptian Band; and Royal Order of Jesterettes.
