Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She built a meaningful life rooted in family, education, and entrepreneurship. As a high school teacher, she touched the lives of many students with her dedication and steady guidance. She later pursued her entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating the same determination and independence that defined her throughout her life.
She was a longtime parishioner of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church on Marco Island and a devoted member of its choir. Her faith and her love of music were central to her life and to the community she cherished there.
Patricia was pre-deceased by her first husband, Ira Mothner, and her husband of over 40 years, Robert McNally. She is the mother of two sons, Joshua Mothner (and his wife, Janine) and Jonathan Mothner (and his wife, Tupi). She cherished her role as grandmother to Mackenzie Keller, Samantha Mothner, Alexandra Mothner, and Zachary Mothner, and was especially overjoyed to become a great-grandmother to her beloved great-granddaughter, Kensley. She also raised five stepchildren with Robert McNally.
Patricia will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of resilience, kindness, faith, and devotion that will continue through the generations she so deeply cherished. Her life impacted so many it would be impossible to name them all.
A small memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Marco Island on Sunday, February 15, at 1:00 p.m
