Dear Glen and Family,my thoughts are with you at this time.  Ruth was such a gentle,easy going person and she was so courageous, never bitter, when adversity hit her.  She's made so many people joyous with her music, you must be so proud of her.  Once again, my deepest sympathy to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss.  I have great memories from knowing Ruth while she was at Mittineague UMC, and her relationship with my parents.  I loved hearing her play the organ and the rare occasions when she sang a solo were wonderful.  I admired little things that she did, too, even playing a few moments as Dad walked across the alter area to the pulpit before giving his sermon.  Ruth's dedication to our church was evident when she once braved a snow storm (driving up from CT) and was one of only a dozen or so to make it to church.  Finally, Ruth was the only choice to lead the fantastic choir tribute to my Mother's memory.  Thank you, Ruth; and thank you to your family for sharing you with us.
