He is survived by his wife, Debra Chapin, daughter, Amy Chapin, and grandchildren: Baylor, Aurora & Laelia. Surviving brothers Doug (Sandy) Chapin, Jeff (Patsy) Chapin & sister Susan Chapin; nieces/nephews; and many good friends.
A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later date and will be held in Lincoln, Nebraska.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
