Aline W. Golden, 92 of Marietta, GA passed away March 23, 2013. She was born in Winston, GA to the late Allen and Ollie Watkins on July 20, 1920. A woman of strong Christian values, Aline was never judgmental and loved everyone she met right away. She grew up during the depression era and loved to grow flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James Golden. Aline is survived by her sons, James R. Golden and Stephen Golden and his wife Gayle and grandchildren, Jeffrey, James Wade Golden and Kelli Renee Taranto. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at noon at Mt. Paran North Church of God. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Aline’s memory to Mt. Paran Church of God or to the charity of your choice. Arrangements under the direction of H.M. Patterson & Son Canton Hill.
