Mrs. Ann Mead Baker, 91 of Atlanta, GA passed away on September 27, 2012. She was born in Baltimore, MD on September 26, 1921. Ann enjoyed needle point, relaxing on the beach, reading and vacationing at Nantucket. She was a loving mother and grandmother and had a love for life. She was preceded in death by her father George H. Payne and mother, Alice Mead Johnson. Ann is survived by her sons, Michael Baker (Mary), Mark Baker (Martha), John Baker (Betty) and Geoffrey Baker (Ann), daughters, Deborah McKeone (David), Alison Baker (Gary) and Courtney Elliston, 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and sisters, Alice Kincheloe and Barbara Story. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 2:00pm in the chapel of H.M. Patterson & Son Canton Hill with the Reverend Banks Brazell officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Ann to the Susan G.
