OBITUARY

Anna Lorentzon Kyle

Mrs. Kyle was born in Sweden on July 11, 1922. She emigrated with her parents to America in 1928. She lived in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Florida before moving to Georgia to be near her family. She married Thomas William Kyle in August 1944. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1996, and daughter Linda Kaufman in April 2007. She is survived by her son David S. Kyle (Susan), Marietta, GA; 4 granddaughters, Sharon Kaufman Pettingill, Beth Anne Kyle Fowler (Stephan), Erin Laura Kyle, Kelsey Kyle Kaiser (Matthew); one grandson, David Thomas Kyle (Kristen); and 7 great-grandchildren, Bre'Anna Pettingill, Lydia, Elin, Loralei and Adaline Fowler, Lillian Kyle and Griffin Kaiser. Mrs. Kyle was a registered nurse who worked for over 55 years. She was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was actively involved in her church, St. James Episcopal Church in Marietta. I was so nice to have Aunt Anne at my wedding (over 10 years ago)... Thinking of her passing makes me sad that the now Inga, Anne and Lars are all gone. On the other hand I am so very thankful for so many memories of all of them.
