Audis Bruce Hamrick, Sr., age 88, of Marietta, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Monday, February 18, 2013 at the Chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home, Marietta. Interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Hamrick, born in Valley Head, West Virginia, was son of the late, Ernie and Juanita Hamrick. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and Navy, serving in World War II; and was a member of Life’s Hope Baptist Church, Marietta.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hamrick of Marietta. Son and daughter-in-law, Lewie Ronald and Joanne Cash of Acworth; daughter and son-in-law, Judy C. and Ken Massey of Acworth; son and daughter-in-law, John R. and Dee Cash of Cartersville; son and daughter-in-law, Bruce Hamrick, Jr. and Karen Hamrick of Powder Springs. Eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; four sisters and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Mr. Hamrick’s memory to Life’s Hope Baptist Church, Marietta.
