B. Wayne Bartlett Sr.

Bruce Wayne Bartlett, Sr., age 83, of Marietta, Georgia has answered God’s call. His body died and his soul went to Heaven to be with Jesus on February, 25 2026. A native to the Atlanta metro area, he moved his family to Cobb County, Georgia in 1973. Wayne was born on April 12, 1942 to the late Winfred B. and Edna L. Bartlett. He graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 1964 and had a successful business career in the information systems/computing technologies field. In 1984, he co-founded the information systems consulting firm Bartlett, Kelly & Associates, Inc.

Wayne was a member of The Gideons International, an Association of Christian businessmen and a member of Sandy Plains Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Kaaren Pitman Bartlett; brother, Thomas Randall Bartlett; sister-in-law Becky Ramsey Bartlett.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Nancy R. Bartlett.

Wayne, a proud father of two sons, is also survived by, Bruce W. Bartlett, Jr. (wife Abby) and Stephen W. Bartlett (wife Vicki) and three grandchildren, Alexandra Bartlett,

Blake Bartlett and Brett Bartlett.

Wayne will be laid to his rest, on the grounds of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, Marietta, Georgia, in a Direct Burial, next to Kaaren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials can be made to the: Sandy Plains Baptist Church in Wayne’s memory.
