Betty Kathryn Bailey Hardin age 82, of Kennesaw passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013. Mrs. Hardin was a member of the County Line United Methodist Church and an active member of the community. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, August 11th at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Chaplain Deb Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Hardin is survived by a son, John (Steve) Hardin and wife Paula; daughter, Joy Hardin-Beaudine and husband Skip; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Bill and Bob Bailey. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Herbert Allen Hardin; parents, Dock and Edith Clayton Bailey; brothers Jim, Doug, Jack, Dick, Joe, and D.W. Bailey; and sister, Sarah Reece. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday August 10th from 4-8pm. Flowers will be accepted however, donations may be made to the County Line United Methodist Church in memory of Mrs. Hardin. Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
