Beverly Vera Green

Beverly Vera Green, age 83, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024. Beverly was born in St. Louis, MO to the late, John and Ann Gromocky. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Logan Green; daughters, Alayne Erin Sertl (George)and Meredith Ann Bladdick (Daniel) both of Marietta; son, Bradley Logan Green (Julie) of St. Louis, Missouri; 8 grandchildren: Owen Sertl, Johnathan Sertl, Brandon Sertl, Graham Sertl, Anna Grace Sertl, Sophia Bladdick, Madeline Green and Logan Green.

With a strong Christian Catholic Faith, Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family; traveling, especially fond of their trip to New Zealand. She also enjoyed the beach, traveling many places, cooking and baking with the grandchildren, sewing, knitting and was passionate about her gardening, especially her beloved rose garden. While at the University of St. Louis, she was pleasantly teased as the "brainy one" where she was involved in many technological advancements.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 24th from 5 pm until 8 pm at HM Patterson and Son Canton Hill. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 25th at 11:00 am, Catholic Church of St. Ann, 4905 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062. Interment will be held at Arlington Memorial Park, Sandy Springs, GA.
