She was preceded in death by her husband Fausto Manuel Cuervo-Arango; siblings, David Casas, Martha Casas, Jose M. Casas and Ernesto Casas.
Survived by daughter Loida Diaz and husband Hector Diaz, grandchildren Joel Diaz and wife Lisa Diaz, Daniel Diaz and wife Allison Diaz, great-grandchildren Noah Elijah Diaz, Keilah Renee Diaz and Corbin Daniel Diaz, sister-in-law Elisa Casas, niece Ruth Colquitt and husband Keith, nephew Dr. David S. Casas and wife Ann, and numerous great-nephews and great-nieces of the Atlanta metro area. Also surviving are many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces Atlanta and Florida.
Funeral services will be held Monday July 19 at 12 PM in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastors Hector Diaz, Joel Diaz, David Cooper and Kent Hawkins officiating. Entombment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 10 AM until 12 PM Monday at the funeral home.
