Charles "Charlie" Edward Dobson age 81 of Woodstock, GA passed away Wednesday January 22, 2014. Mr. Dobson was the owner of Dobson Foreign Car service. He was a member of Trinity Chapel and a U.S. Army veteran. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday January 26, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Spur officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. He is survived by his sons, Charles Edward Dobson, Jr., Christopher and Scotty Dobson.,Daughters, Donna Papazian, Leslie Dobson, and Lisa Brannon. Brother, J.H. Dobson. Sisters, Betty Wilson, Barbara Wegrzyn, Shirley Smallwood, Lynda Reibly, and Frances Westbrook, and numerous grandchildren. Nieces and nephews also survive. He is preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Lillian Welchel Dobson. Brothers, Steve and Billy Dobson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from 5-8 pm. Flowers will be accepted, however, donations may be made to the American Diabeties Assn. Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home entrusted with the care of Mr. Charlie E. Dobson.
