Charly Ragan

Charles "Charly" Ragan, Jr., 59, of Marietta, passed away on June 8, 2016. Charly was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area, attended and was in the first graduating class of Dunwoody High School. Charly achieved his Master Plumbers designation and was involved in the plumbing, heating and air business his entire career. Self proclaimed “king of the house,” he loved his family dearly. He also loved making corny jokes, “oldies music,” classic TV series and comic books. He was an avid cook and member of the Clean Plate Club. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ragan, Sr.

Charly is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara M. Ragan; his children, Charles (Chad) Ragan III, and Jane Joyce Ragan, his mother, Joyce Pressley Ragan, his sister, Leslie (Kevin) Bennett, and brothers Russell Ragan and Troy (Sallie) Ragan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00p.m. until 3:30 p.m. and the Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, June 16th, both at H. M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill Chapel, 1157 Old Canton Road, NE, Marietta, GA 30068
