

Cole Plugge, age 22, passed away on October 13, 2025. He was born on September 20, 2003, in Pompano Beach, Florida. He later moved to Marietta with his family in 2004. Cole found his community at MDE School of East Cobb and enjoyed being with his friends at the Vocational Academy at MDE each day.
Cole had a caring community of teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals who were an important part of his life. He was especially fond of music therapy and often sang around the house, making up his own words to familiar tunes. He also loved to listen to his brother play the Tuba.
Cole enjoyed taking trips to Chattanooga and Massachusetts to visit his grandparents and family. He also enjoyed many trips to Disney World which was a happy place for him.
Cole touched many lives and will be missed by all.
He is survived by his big brother, Luke Plugge; parents, Cara and Russ Plugge; grandmother, Susie Henley, and his many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to cherish his memory.
Cole was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carey Henley of Chattanooga, TN, and paternal grandparents, SaraLu and Harold T Plugge Jr. of Wilbraham, MA.

A Gathering to Celebrate the Life of Cole will be on October 25, 2025, at HM Patterson Canton Hill, between the hours of 2:00pm and 4:00pm with fond memories shared by the Plugge family at 2:30pm.
