Corbett “Cory” Ann Wurz, age 53, of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on November 30, 2020. She was born in Gainesville, Florida to Warren Heilman and Janice Wurz. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. She was a flight attendant for Delta Air Lines, a jewelry designer, and a realtor. In her spare time, she enjoyed UGA Football, Atlanta Braves baseball, and traveling.
Cory is preceded in death by her fathers, Warren Heilman and John Wurz. She is survived by her loving mother, Janice Wurz; and her brother, Chase Wurz. Cory was a loving daughter, sister, and friend who will be in our hearts forever.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, the family will celebrate Cory’s life at a memorial service to be scheduled at a later date.
