My mom used a wagon for the grandkids to pick up food off her route.  We’d take collected food back to post office and report City 1 so my mom’s route got credit. We did this for many years and then we’d attend church and have dinner and travel back to GA. 

Went to Cali for my cousin Dana’s wedding on Valentine’s Day. My mom danced and had a great time.

I will always cherish the times I spent in Dowagiac with you, Carol, Jamie and Tinita.  You would spoil me and I would have the best times doing the simplest things.  The love was always given one thousand percent and I will be forever grateful.

I am so sorry to receive the news of your mothers passing.  I remember Dorothy, fondly.  And she was a favorite letter carrier to so many folks in Niles, and to those of us who worked with her at the Post Office.
Your photos are beautiful,  and your memories of your mother will live on and be of comfort to you on the difficult days.

So sorry to hear about Ms. Bailey's passing. What a sweet and wonderful woman. I pray for peace and that you cherish all the lovely memories of her time with you. She will be missed greatly. Much love and peace as you lay her to rest tomorrow. May the joy of the Lord bring you peace today and always.

My mom came to Fort Jackson in SC, for my graduation from boot camp. I didn’t think I was going to make it, I had to pack my bags 3 times. 

This was taken when Brandi was 2 weeks old. My mom, grandmother and great grandmother. 

My mom baked the best chocolate chips cookies. She would send to me in boot camp and when I was in Germany, and I’d have to ration them out. Lol

I celebrated my 45th birthday in Marietta GA, and my mom of course of in attendance. I love you so much and I wish the tears would stop. 

My mom came to visit me in Germany, and we traveled to Paris France. 

I loved seeing her in the stands supporting our team for all those years and I loved her chocolate Rest In Peace love DB

No matter what grandma was doing she always dressed up. She never wore jeans only dress pants and a button down blouse or a dress. And she loved her jewelry.

My shopping partner. I will miss her and not sure if shopping will ever be the same. I’ll have to take my time to get back to our routine. 

My mom was able to travel to Jamaica for her 1st granddaughter’s wedding and she had a fabulous time dancing and enjoying the beautiful resort. 

This was the day my Mom was excited about. So glad and thankful she was able to cheer for Logan's accomplishment. 

I wanted to take mom's picture before we headed out but she was just ready to go. Beautifully accessorized. 

Mom was a HUGE Notre Dame fan!! She had her shirt on for game day. She loved ND and us 

We had lunch at her favorite restaurant Marlows. And upon leaving Logan requested a picture. Thought she was going to say no (lol) she stopped and posed. 

Mom was enjoying the holiday dressed for the occasion.  She loved her plants and flowers.

My mom had the most beautiful smile and one largest dimple. 💞💖

My had just gotten her hair done. Looking good was very important to mom. She was a showstopper always.

My mom and I went to enjoy "Annie". One of my clients starred in the play. We enjoyed our night.

Mom's only grandson.  She loved all her grandkids so much.

We went to the lake to relax and soak up the sun. It  was also our way to get our walk in for the day.

Topgolf was my mom's favorite activity.  We went every Tuesday.  She would hit the ball on her first swing. The staff knew us well. They would stop by  our bay to say, "I see you mama. "

One of many concerts, my mom enjoyed live music and she loved Howard’s singing (I think she enjoyed him because I’m a super fan). Lol

I was in the military and my mom came to Germany to visit and we had the best 2 weeks. Went to Paris and all over Germany shopping and hanging out. 

Pictures are always the best way to keep a memory forever. Even though my grandma always looked beautiful in each picture she was not always in the mood to take them. 

One of mine + my grandma’s favorite pose to do is throw up a peace sign. 

Cafe’s are a place of coming together. 

Togetherness is important in life and death. 

Each summer we would go on a vacation with my grandma. So many memories :) this one vacation is from Brandi’s wedding in Jamaica. 

Each stage of life we much graduate and move forward to receive our next set of blessings and lessons. Even though this time may bring some discomfort, may we all find ease and peace in knowing that she did a job well done here on Earth. 

As someone who was walking daily you never can really stop moving. 

One of my favorite things to do was capture my grandma in the midst of nature putting on a show. 

The sun is always shining sometimes we just can’t see it. Lady D’s light is and will always shine on forever more 

Style comes from within. My grandma was a true fashion lady. 

Shining her light ever so brightly is the gift that LadyD constantly gave to everyone that she encountered.
