

Born on May 5, 1948, in Bratislava, Slovakia, Edith was the beloved daughter of the late Ferdinand and Edith Vilim. She graduated from Economy High School and went on to enjoy a successful career in the airline industry. Edith worked for both Pan Am and Delta Air Lines, where she served as a Supervisor of Flight Scheduling. She was respected for her dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Outside of her career, Edith embraced life with enthusiasm. She found joy in gardening, crafting, staying active at the gym, traveling, and taking cruises. Above all, she cherished her role as a homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming home filled with love and care for those closest to her.
Edith is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Dubie Dubovsky; her nephew, Sven (Renie) Vilim of New York; and her great-niece and great-nephew, Veranika Vilim and Peter Vilim. She also leaves behind many dear friends and extended family members who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Darren Dubovsky, and her parents, Ferdinand and Edith Vilim.

Edith will be remembered for her warm heart, adventurous spirit, unwavering work ethic, and the love she shared with those around her. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
