My sister and I delivered meals to the Pressleys for many years. We are so sorry for your loss. They were both such dear folks.

Ray, Jeff, and Steve. I am so very sorry to learn your Mom has moved to Heaven but I also believe she is the happiest she has been in years. No more health issues and no more heartache of missing her life partner and best friend, your Dad. My Aunt Edith had the sweetest spirit and kindness heart. I will always remember her best from me spending the summer when she was expecting Jeff to be born. Uncle Raymond loved her so and wanted me there to help her with chores and my memories of her letting me pick the kool aid flavor and teaching me how to mix it up was a big deal to me each night at dinner. She was always patient and kind. I never heard her speak negative of anyone. I will miss our long distance phone conversations these last many years but I'm truly convinced she stepped thru the door here and entered the gates there with the smiles, laughter and clapping of hands as everyone hugged and greated and welcomed her to her eternal home. Oh what a site to see as Uncle Raymond took her hand. There's a party going on in Heaven and your Mom is the guest of honor ! Praise God for His promises of eternal life. We will all be together again !
The gift of salvation is free if we only believe in Jesus and accept it. He writes our name in the book of life and all our sins are forever forgotten. Be sure your name is there. Glory to His name ! Aunt Edith is finally home and there's a party going on!!!!
Much love and prayer for His peace during this time of getting use to her being away. Kristie Jackson
