Elizabeth M Dickinson

Elizabeth M. Dickinson, 89, of Marietta, passed away on February 23, 2017. She was born in Orange, New Jersey, to parents Margaret and John P. Martin on July 22, 1927. Elizabeth lived in Marietta for 43 years and was a long time member of the Catholic Church of Saint Ann. She worked for Cobb County Schools in food service, and volunteered at MUST Ministries. Elizabeth was also active at the East Cobb Senior Center. She is survived by; son, Robert M. Dickinson (Beverly), of Marietta; daughters, Joan Lunsford (Jim), of Acworth, Maureen Mayhall, of Woodstock, and Robin O’Connor (William), of Marietta; 8 grandsons; and 6 great grandchildren. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Dickinson; sister, Joan Richter; and son-in-law, Bruce Mayhall. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.hmpattersoncantonhill.com.
