Emily Cecelia "Cecie" Catone

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church at 4385 Lower Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30068. Glenn Ray of Mt. Bethel UMC will be officiating.

Cecie Catone was born in Maitland, FL on May 26, 1954. She graduated from North Springs High School in Atlanta and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia.

Cecie worked with her brother, Dave Battle, at Battle & Associates for over 20 years. She loved her family and friends with everything she had. She enjoyed tennis, UGA football and being a grandma.

Cecie is survived by her three children, Kurt, Chris and Michael Catone, her three grandchildren and other family and friends.

Cecie is preceded in death by Graham and Frances Battle.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Ruth Young Cancer Support Group at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.

The family of Cecie Catone wishes to thank all of her family and friends for supporting and uplifting her in her journey.
