Frank C. McDaniel, Jr.

Frank C. McDaniel, Jr., age 87, of Marietta passed away May 8, 2017. Frank was born in Atlanta on March 19, 1930. He graduated from Fritzhugh Lee School in 1947. He served in the United States Army and worked for AT&T for 34 years before retiring. Frank was a longtime and faithful member of Eastside Baptist Church. He was an avid bowler and a sports fanatic!

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Shirley McDaniel and his children: Mike McDaniel, Susan (Greg) Ridgeway, Bonnie (Bob) Wagner, Carol Brown, Tim (Diane) McDaniel. He was Papa to 15 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and also survived by 2 sisters, Mary Annie Johnson and Dot Jeffares.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 12 from 4 pm until 8 pm at H.M. Patterson and Son Canton Hill Chapel, Marietta. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 13 at 12 pm at the funeral home. A private graveside service will be held.
