HARRY WALTER WATTS died on March 4, 2014 at the age of 76. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, but called Kentucky home. He was an avid and devoted University of Kentucky Wildcats fan. He loved basketball, golfing at the Monroe Golf and Country Club, reading his daily AJC and spending time on his iPad. At the age of 17, Harry enlisted in the US Navy and served aboard the USS Eugene A. Greene, DD/DDR - 711. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Patricia Olley Watts, his children, Larry and wife Liz, Shelley, Justin and fiancé Shyla, and Dawn. Also, his sister Harriet Adams and her husband Tom, and nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make donations to the ASPCA in his name. Graveside service will be conducted on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00 pm in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
