Hugh Allen Roberts

Hugh Allen Roberts, age 97, went home to be with Jesus surrounded by his family on July 11, 2025. He was born on July 16, 1927 in Davisboro, GA. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Joyce Bettis Roberts; his children, Mark Roberts (Tami); Jan Porter (Paul) & Suseann Bristow; 5 grandchildren, 14 ½ great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Kim Dill, a grandson, Kaleb Dill, and 2 son-in-laws, Al Bristow & Pat Hollifield. He was also predeceased by his fur babies, Taco, Holly and his beloved Angel. He also had many many children at heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his church in his memory, Eastland Heights Baptist Church, 857 Barnes Mill Road, Marietta, GA 30062.

Hugh will be laid to rest in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30060.

Serving as pallbearers are Andy Anderson, Todd Beasley, George Lanham, Nick Kavadellas, Steve Kavadellas, Randy Tiggs, Hugh Johnson, NC Gause, Joe Farquar and Pete Krauss.
