James Isaac Barnes, 74, departed this life Friday, August 19, 2011 after a long illness. He was born in Chuckatuck, VA on March 16, 1937 to the late Dr. John F. and Mary Etta Barnes. James is survived by 2 brothers; Harvey Barnes and John Barnes. He leaves to cherish his memory 13 children, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of grandchildren.
