James Edward Glenn III, 74, Marietta, Georgia, passed away on 12/7/2015. He was born in Mobile, Alabama on 10/31/1941. Jim graduated from Auburn University with a degree in business administration. He was married to Judy Watt on 8/7/1965. Jim spent his entire professional career with Standard Oil of California. He was a member of the Episcopal Church of St. Peter and St. Paul. He was a devoted husband, father and Papa. He loved his many dogs and afternoons on the golf course. Jim is survived by his wife, Judy; his son, James Glenn and wife Suzanne; his daughter Kathryn Christopher, husband Jon, and his granddaughters Molly and Riley Kate; his sister, Teddy and husband Doc Willard; as well as many nephews and nieces. A memorial service with reception to follow will be held at 3 PM, 12/10/2015, at The Episcopal church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Marietta, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta.
