

Jason Tolliver Cunningham, age 34, passed away on Wednesday December 2nd, 2015. Jason was also known to family and friends as JJ and Ham. Jason was born on March 1st, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a resident of Marietta, Georgia. Jason attended Sope Creek Elementary School, East Cobb Middle School, and graduated from Wheeler High School in 1999. In high school, Jason lettered in football and track and field. Jason enjoyed time with his numerous friends and always had a knack for making people laugh and smile.
Jason attended Valdosta State University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. Jason had worked in the golf business and marketing sales. He was an avid sportsman and cherished his time spent on the family farm in Lexington, Georgia. Memorable times were had by Jason with family and friends at St. Teresa Beach, Florida.
Jason was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Jason was one to never meet a stranger… his personality was comically contagious, and he will be remembered for his “larger than life personality and pranks.”
Jason is survived by his parents, Cassie and Bill Cunningham, of Marietta, Georgia; brother, Michael Cunningham, of Atlanta, Georgia; and sister, Ashley Kight (Ryan) of North Augusta, South Carolina; nieces, Abby and Zoey Kight, nephew and godson, Cooper Kight. Jason is further survived by other relatives and many friends.
The funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia on Monday, December 7th, 2015 at 11:00A.M. Prior to the service there will be a visitation at 10:00A.M. at the church.
