Old friend, may your eternity be so very blessed. You formed strong foundations, molded young minds and hearts, set the example, and lived life on earth to its fullest. Your engineering mind coupled with your musical talent was a combination so well suited for ministry that you were deservedly admired by your friends, colleagues, and family. You will always be in our hearts and minds.
God speed Jerry, God speed.

I’m so lucky I got to know Jerry during “The Breakfast Club” years. What a fun guy and a wonderful dad. So smart and so kind. Jen and Julie (Jules!) - I’m so sorry he’s gone. I’ll be thinking about you and your family during this time. Love and prayers for all of you.

I’ll always remember Jerry yelling “man on the hall” when I spent the night with Julie. He was always so kind to me and always seemed happy. I just loved being around him and feel my elementary through high school years were blessed because I knew him.

Oh, Julie snd Jen, your dad was precious. I never heard him speak and unkind word or raise a voice to any of us, although a few of us deserved it greatly! I did hear him speak in both word and deed love and kindness to us all. I do believe he was as nearly as excited (for us), as we were, the night we all slept over at your house, to get up early, to buy Prince tickets, at Belmont Hills. I love you and your precious soul, Jerry. I know the Lord himself welcomed you with open arms. 💗 I love you both dearly and my deepest condolences to you both.

The memories flood in as we remember how much this whole family means to us. Jerry once offered to give John piano lessons, but the commitment on John’s part was too much! Lovely man! Prayers to Jen and Julie. Myrtle and John
