Born on March 6, 1954, in Orange, New Jersey, Jill was the beloved daughter of the late Philip and Norma Black. She graduated from Jacksonville University with a degree in Political Science and went on to build a successful career at Delta Air Lines, where she worked as a project manager for over 30 years before retiring.
Jill had a deep love for nature and found joy in birdwatching, especially the hummingbirds that visited her backyard. She was also an avid tennis player and a passionate traveler, always eager to explore new places with her beloved husband Jim. Jill enjoyed puzzles and treasured time spent with her friends, family, and especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless pride and joy.
Jill will be remembered for her warmth and the genuine love she extended to those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and beautiful memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Along with her parents, Jill is preceded in death by her brother, Steve Black.
She leaves behind the love of her life, Jim Healey; daughter, Christina (Matt) Kiejka; sons, Tyler (Taylor) Hewes and Austin (Jami) Hewes and Sean (Jenna) Healey; grandchildren, Matty Kiejka, Kate Kiejka, Margaret Healey, Ingrid Healey, and Lenora Healey and extended family members and friends to cherish her memory.
