My sweet, brave cousin JoAnn... she grew up with me and my sisters like another sister. I had the honor of being her Maid of Honor at her wedding and Godmother to her daughter Alyssa. May she watch over her family as a special angel .. she will always be in my heart .

JoAnn and Bob were a special couple who we came to know through baseball. Our sons Andrew and Jason played together and enjoyed each other's friendship. JoAnn always had a wonderful smile and a heart full of laughter and fun. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. For all her family and friends, " May God fill your hearts with comfort and peace in the loss of JoAnn." Kay and Frank Horsman

My cousin,JoAnn was a beautiful person inside and out, always pleasant and sweet. She treasured her beautiful family and fought her illness courageously. My prayers and thoughts go out to her husband, Bob and her children, her mother, my Aunt Frances and her brother, Nick.

JoAnn was a New Yorker to the bone. Very strong. Yet, she was one of the nicest people I have ever known. I worked with her for years. She was a hard worker, punctual, and rarely missed work. She loved her family. She will be truly missed.

My Cousin JoAnn and my sisters and I grew up very close with each other in Brooklyn. Our mothers are twins so we were inseparable cousins. We dressed alike on Easter, went on vacations with each other, had birthday parties, shared holidays and just about everything else with each other. She wasn’t just my cousin but another sister. I will treasure our memories and will miss my sweet, beautiful cousin forever. 💔. Rest in the Sweetest Peace, JoAnn. 🙏🏻🦋
