Tom and Ryan, My heart is filled with sadness for your loss. Joyce and I worked together for 18 years and she saw us through many changes over the years. She was the heart of Children’s Medical Services (CMS) and her professional skills were unmatched.
Her passing during these trying times prevents us from celebrating her life in the way we would like and she so richly deserves. I hope you find strength in each other in the difficult days ahead, and embrace the love of family and friends for support.

RIP sweet Joyce. I worked with Joyce for 15 years at Cobb Douglas Public Health. She was the administrative assistant for Children's Medical Services. She knew how to do everything and kept her nurses on task. She loved her Tom and Ryan. She loved all of her family. She was such a foundation for so many. I am so sad . Thinking of her family.
