There are no words to describe the loss of such a beautiful person. Joyce had a huge heart and a loving soul. She left so many with a abundance of memories that will make you smile, laugh and cry. She was more than a co-worker at Bailey Banks and Biddle to all that worked with her...she was family. Joyce never missed calling to wish a happy birthday and she'd always started every call with "Ed darling" and ended every call with "I love you."

Over the years Joyce's jewelry selling/clienteling skills were an inspiration to all that knew her, her examples were used in teaching new jewelry associates that never met her. I can honestly say I never met anyone that could out work, sell or bring joy to so many.

Joyce will be forever missed and always loved!!!

It has been my honor to help care for Joyce Johnson over many years.
In recent years, she appeared frail but I always saw her as strong , kind, resilient and beautiful.
She was proud of her trailblazing career in a male dominated business, her children and her loving husband . It was difficult to watch her health decline, yet I am inspired by the fact that she never gave up . In our last interaction, Joyce acknowledged but did not complain of her pain ; then lifted me up with her best wishes for me .
She was Giving despite her own challenges-
Rest in painless peace

My Mom was the greatest person I have ever known. She was the most loving, caring, giving, honest person. She always put others ahead of herself and was the most wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt and friend that anyone could ever imagine. She was one of a kind. I really don't know how to go on without her because we were so incredibly close and only with God's help will I get through this. Mama I look forward to seeing you again one day. I love you so and I find peace in the fact that you are no longer in pain. In Loving Memory. Your daughter Pam.
