Larry was a graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy and proudly served several years in the United States Air Force. His years of military service were an important part of his life, and he remained proud of his service and his connection to fellow veterans throughout the years.
After leaving the Air Force, Larry built a career managing convenience stores before joining Kroger, where he most recently worked in food management. He was a hardworking and dependable man who took pride in his work and in providing for those he loved.
Outside of work, Larry enjoyed sports and appreciated the time spent watching and talking about the games he loved. He was also a lifetime member of the American Legion, where his commitment to his fellow veterans continued long after his military service had ended.
Above all, Larry will be remembered for the life he shared with those closest to him. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Bethany Barr Donaleski, who was by his side throughout their life together. He will also be deeply missed by his extended family, friends, fellow veterans, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Larry's life was one of service, hard work, devotion, and lasting friendships. Though he is no longer with us, the memories he created and the lives he touched will remain with those who loved him.
Larry will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery later this month, where he will receive military honors in recognition of his service to our country.
May he rest peacefully, and may his memory forever be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.
