Linda was born on July 29, 1947 to the late John J. Potter and Kathryn E. Potter.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara M. Panter ( Barbara M. Potter) of Marietta, and her brothers John W. Potter of Helena, Montana, Christopher L. Potter of Woodstock and William J. Potter.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Brian Andrew Potter.
Linda was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Upon graduation from High School, in addition to her service in Americorps Vista she embarked on a lengthy and remarkable career as a Legal Secretary until her retirement in 2017.
A highlight of her years of service in the legal sector was when she was selected and honored to work with Kenneth Starr, Special Prosecutor for the Whitewater Investigation in Little Rock, Arkansas in the 1990's.
Out of concern for family and friends and due to Covid-19 restrictions no services will be held at this time.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations are asked to be considered to either St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana or the Wounded Warriors Project in Jacksonville, Florida.
