Lucille C. Johnson, of Marietta, GA, passed away March 10, 2016. She was born in Fairburn, GA to parents, Odessa and Lucius Clay on December 21, 1919. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Eastern Star for many years, and she was also a member of Mount Zion Methodist Church. She had a kind and loving heart that was exemplified by taking in stray dogs and cats all the time. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Betty Steele, who has been taking care of Mrs. Johnson for the last 15 years. Mrs. Johnson is survived by; nieces, Judy Neese and Susan Schumacher; great nieces, Leigh Bland, Teri and Kim Blackford; and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Lee Johnson. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at 2:00PM at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park, Marietta, GA.
