I am stunned and so sorry to hear of Marco's passing!  Gone waaay to soon.  I remember gathering lots of Cowboy souvenirs for you here in Dallas one year when Dallas was headed to the super bowl!

The shock of your passing is too much to comprehend.  My heart aches like many at IBM.  You were the most remarkable and selfless person I know.  An inspiration to so many, your smile, sense of humour, dedication to every person that crossed your path was admirable.  Under your leadership we became a family, worked hard, and had great fun along the way too.    You invested yourself completely to helping us thrive and progress in our careers.

We laughed so much, everything was so personal and professional with you at the same time.  We would debate my obsession with the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial, Korean soaps with subtitles and endless banter over Chelsea vs Arsenal.  

The party had just started my friend.  So many more events to attend and laughs to be had.  I never got to welcome you to London and take you on that crazy drive to see the Chelsea grounds as we planned.

Thank you for all the lessons, teaching me to select laughter over stress everytime.  Your legacy lives on – forever and always 

May god bless the Reali family with strength and peace to know how many lives Marco had touched in such a special way all over the world.  He spoke so fondly of his family, especially his grandchildren.  He truly was one of a kind.

I am at a loss for words to express the depth of my sorrow upon hearing about the passing of Marco. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time.

Marco, whom we call "Mr. Professional" and "The Pope" was a remarkable person, and the impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to know him is immeasurable. His kindness, warmth, and being a mentor will forever be cherished in our hearts.
