

Marna Landrus Steger, age 80, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Born on April 30, 1944, to the late Andrew and Margery Landrus, Marna led a life full of love, family, and purpose.
A proud graduate of Mary Washington and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Marna built a fulfilling career with PSKB, Inc., where she was respected for her dedication and professionalism.
Marna found joy in life’s simple pleasures—spending time with her beloved grandchildren, traveling with family and friends, tending to her garden, taking peaceful walks at Mt. Bethel, and cheering from the sidelines at her grandchildren’s sporting events. Her warmth, energy, and quiet strength touched all who knew her.
She is lovingly survived by her daughters Kim (Bob) Jones and Stephanie (Mike) Dewitt; her brothers Drew and Bill; her cherished grandchildren Kaitlin, Drew, Caleb, Will, and Katie; as well as many dear nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening, April 28, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at H.M. Patterson & Son – Canton Hill Chapel, Marietta, GA. A graveside service will be held on 2:00 pm, Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Stonewall Memorial Gardens, 12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Marna’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause close to her heart.
She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, grace, and laughter will live on in all who had the privilege to know her.
