Mrs. Mildred C. Buckalew, age76, of Lithia Springs, passed away August 9, 2011. Mrs. Buckalew was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Robert C. Bukalew, Sr.
She is survived by three sons, Cliff (wife, Teresa) Buckalew, of Alpharetta, Steve Buckalew of Carrollton, and Jeff Buckalew of Dallas; three grandchildren, Chris Buckalew of Dallas, Alicia Bivins, of Temple, and Jessica Ball, of Atlanta; three great-grandchildren, Taylor Smith and Shelby Smith of Temple, and Bryndall Buckalew of Dallas; one special niece, Linda Caldwell.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 12, 2:00 PM in Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Brian Foster officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
