Nanci Hawkins Rainey

She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Rainey, Both parents Joe. and Eugenia Hawkins, and Brothers Eugene, David, Paul, John and Joel Hawkins.

She is survived by her Children Shelley Cleapor Ball, Susan Cleapor Robinson, Stephan Cleapor, Adam Levy, Holli Levy Sithebe. 13 grandchildren and 6 Great grandchildren and Brothers Jeff, Jimmy, Richard Hawkins and Sisters Janet, Patricia, and Cecilia.

She is known for her love of Owls, Family History, and coffee cup collecting, She had a love for dogs Yorkies, in particular Sammy and Daisy were her last two loves.

She will always be remembered as Nanci red to some Nans to others and Nana to still others but to those of us who knew her best she will always be mom.

To honor Nanci’s life, a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 4300 King Springs Road SE, Smyrna, Georgia, 30082, at 12:00 PM, in the church sanctuary. The family will receive friends 1-hour prior to the service. Nanci’s Committal, will be on the grounds of Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery, 2000 Cobb Parkway S, Marietta, Georgia, 30060. There will be a reception immediately following, the Committal, in the funeral home.
