Biography Rosaline Olanrewaju Ogundele (nee Britto) was born on October 7 1948 in Lagos, Nigeria, the second of five children born to Late Francis Ajibola Britto and Dorothy Ebun Britto. Popularly known as Lanre to family and friends; she was raised by God-fearing and loving parents who instilled in her the love of God and love for others. She attended Anglican Primary school at Broad Street, Lagos and graduated from Holy Child College (secondary school) in 1965. After her secondary education, Lanre went on to attend Federal School of Science, Lagos Nigeria for her A-Levels. In 1976, she graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. Following her year of National Service, she worked at Glaxo and later moved on to Chemical and Allied Products (CAPL), PLC where she retired as the Pharmaceutical Plant Manager. Lanre married Ademola Ogundele in 1979 and together they were blessed with 3 wonderful children - Adeola, Ademola and Adesola. Lanre Ogundele or “Mama Deola” as many people called her was loving, generous, selfless, courageous, strong and fun-loving. She raised her children to love the Lord and love others as they loved themselves. She served as a Sunday school teacher at New Estate Baptist Church, Surulere Lagos, Nigeria, , believing children should be raised in the way of the Lord. In 1999, Lanre relocated with her children to Atlanta, Georgia USA, and dedicated herself to providing everything she believed her children and nieces needed to successfully go through and graduate from University. She will be remembered for her sacrificial and selfless love as she always sought to meet the needs of others even at the expense of meeting her own needs. She embraced all her children's and niece's friends, and always welcomed them to the house with open arms and love. She worked tirelessly to provide for her family and always looked for opportunities to be a blessing to those she met. She relentlessly pursued a better life for her family and sought to continue her Pharmacy career while working at Woodstock Nursing Home. Lanre later returned to school and gained a Sonography degree. She will also be remembered as a strong and courageous woman, full of faith in God as she faced life's challenges; standing on the promises of God even until her last day. She attended Glory Christian Ministries and was a passionate and dedicated member who worked diligently to Mrs Rosaline Olanrewaju Ogundele (Nee Britto) 1948 - 20 help grow the church. Lanre gave her heart to God and allowed God's Word and vision for her life to define and guide her choices and decisions. She gave herself to loving selflessly, giving generously even when it was not convenient, and depended on the Lord's strength to face life's challenges with good courage. She answered the Lord's call on August 24, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was greatly loved and will be immensely missed by her loving Mother, Sisters, Brother, Children and their Spouses, Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Lanre, Adieu, rest comfortably in the bosom of the Lord.

We grew up together , next building to each other in oshodi , Lagos. Very fun to be with. Last time I saw her was at mother's 90 th
birthday 5years ago in Atlanta. I will miss how she calls me, emeka bawo ree
. My brothers , sisters and entire family of ayoka will miss her. We are just like family. We are all crying. May her soul rest in peace anti LANre. Who else will call me, emeka bawo ree.
