He was retired from Genuine Parts with 25 plus years of service and was a dedicated member of the Fair Oaks Congregation of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall in Marietta.
Survived by his children, Rebecca Moody, William Robert Munger, III, Darlene Nelson and her husband, Charles; grandchildren, Amanda Moody, Julia Drake, Mickey Munger, Tammy Spivey, George Crane; several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 21 at 2 PM in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Olive Springs Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 12 until 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
