I was sorry to learn of Sandy's passing today when I had lunch at Christo's.  I will really miss his big personality and the personal interest he took in everyone that walked in his restuarant door.  He called me "Trouble" the first day I walked into the original store on Terrel Mill about 24 years ago. His smiles and laughs will truly be missed.  I will pray for you his family and work family.  God bless you all especially Christo and Missy.

I was so very sad to learn of Sandy's passing. I have been a customer of Christo's since it's original location on Terrell Mill (since the 80's).  I am heartbroken that the heart and voice of Christo's is no longer here to stop by our table and chat, to add his touch and flair to everything christo's.  He will be missed. I will hold your entire family in my heart and prayers.

I learned of Sandy's passing today and wept.   

My wife and I were just patrons but like most considered Sandy our good friend.  We will miss him.

My husband and I have been coming to Christos since we moved to Marietta 12 years ago. I can truly say that you have become part of our family over those years. Sandy watched my husband and I grow from a family of two to a family of four with many twists and turns along the way. He was a constant friend. My kids frequently request trips to see "Uncle Sandy" when we've been away for a while. We will truly miss him and hope our thoughts and prayers are a comfort at this time for you.

Dear Missy, Christos and all our wonderful "Christos Pizza Family",
We want you all to know how sad we were to learn of Sandy's passing.  So many people have mentioned what a "character" he was and very "high-spirited" with his vocabulary and I have to say that really "nails" his large personality.  He always came by our table to chat and joke.  It will be so strange to not have him come by for a laugh or to share some ranting political comment made with that sly look on his face.  Take care,

Sandy never knew our names, but would sit with us in our booth for a few minutes many times. We shared our views on the world geo-political stage and in that there was a strong bond. He had courage in his convictions and WE WILL MISS HIM!
