Susan Grimsley Coburn

Susan was born in 1955 to the late Rosalyn and Woodrow Grimsley and was a proud Georgia native. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. Although she began her career in marketing, Susan’s greatest calling was her family. She devoted most of her life to being a homemaker and raising her children, cherishing the years she spent caring for and supporting those she loved.

Susan found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life. She loved spending time with her family, visiting with friends, and caring for her beloved pets. Her warmth, love, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Susan is survived by her three children, Ginny O’Burk (Rick), Lisa Coburn, and Jay Coburn (Kelsey); her four beloved granddaughters, Logan, Parker, Mackenzie, and Collie; and her brother, Larry Grimsley (Arlene).

Susan leaves behind a legacy of love centered around her family and the many lives she touched throughout her years. She will be remembered with great affection by all who knew and loved her.
