Throughout her life, she had a career at State Farm Insurance as a Project Manager. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending quality time with her family, enjoying precious moments with her granddaughter, cooking for her family and sewing. She also loved animals and had a family cat. Susan was a loving woman who will be dearly missed by all.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ben Fulgenzi and sister, Barbie Power.
She is survived by her sons, Stephen A. Mattox Jr. and David E. Mattox; granddaughter, Isabella A. Mattox and extended family and friends to cherish her memory.
