
Sybil Ann Hudacko, 70, of Kennesaw passed away on March 10, 2016. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to parents Ellen Elizabeth and Edward Rutter on February 7, 1946. Before retiring, she was a third grade teacher for 34 years, most of which were spent at Muraski Elementary School in Strongsville, OH. Sybil was a member of First United Lutheran Church where she was active in a Bible study and a quilting group. She was also part of a canasta card group. Sybil enjoyed sewing, knitting, and embroidering. She was a great friend, treating her friends as extensions of her family. Sybil also loved her dog, Coco Chanel, who became her “next child” after her children had grown up. She is survived by: daughters, Kristin (Tom) Blackstock, of Marietta, GA, and Kerri ( David) Bell, of Dallas, GA; granddaughters, Elizabeth Jensen Blackstock, and Delaney Elizabeth Bell; sister-in-law, Elizabeth “Beth” Hudacko, of Duxbury, MA; and many friends who were like family. Sybil was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hudacko. A memorial service celebrating her life will be conducted at First United Lutheran Church, Kennesaw, GA, on Thursday, March 17th, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Tony Prinsen officiating.
