Terry John Lee

Terry John Lee, age 71, of Greensboro, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his residence on August 22, 2026. Terry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, and faithful servant whose kindness, generosity, and devotion to his family and faith touched the lives of many.

Terry was a graduate of West Georgia College, where he earned his degree in Marketing. He went on to build a successful career as the owner of Angel Heart Home Care, a business that reflected his caring nature and commitment to helping others.

Terry was a man who cherished his family and treasured the simple joys of life. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf, spending time with those he loved, and making lasting memories with family and friends. After retiring, Terry and Carlene made their home at Lake Oconee, where he especially enjoyed boating and the peaceful beauty of the lake.

His faith was an important part of Terry's life. He was a longtime member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, where he worshiped faithfully for more than 35 years. For more than 20 years, he served as a deacon at the church and was also a dedicated member of the East Cobb Men's Fellowship for over two decades. Through his service, fellowship, and love for others, Terry made a lasting impact on his church community.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Emily Lee; sister, Gary Lee; and Bob and Pat Baggett.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Carlene Lee; his daughter, Heather Taylor and her husband, Brent Taylor; and his beloved granddaughter, Amelia Taylor. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, church family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Terry's memory to Right From the Heart.

Terry's life was one of faith, family, service, and love. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, and his legacy of caring for others will continue through the many lives he touched.
