William was preceded in death by his parents Charles & Marie Geisel of Baltimore, Maryland and his brother, David Geisel of Baltimore, Maryland. He is survived by his wife, Marlene, his daughters, Patty Jo McCain (Todd) of Winder, Georgia, Debbie Geisel (Larry) of Smyrna, Georgia, Mary Jo Davis (Lloyd) of Baltimore, Maryland, as well as 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
William served in the Navy and was a dedicated employee with IBM/Mapics for over 30 years.
He and his wife were childhood neighbors. They moved to Marietta in 1982 where they resided & spent their 52 years together.
Funeral Service will be held on November 3, 2022 at 4:00 PM at H. M. Patterson & Son-Canton Hill, 1157 Old Canton Road, Marietta, GA., visitation will follow from 5:00 until 7:00 PM.
A Graveside Service will be held November 4, 2022 at 10:30AM at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
