Heidi Gertraude Wagner Kelvy

She was born February 22, 1942 in Dresden, Germany to the late Fritz Jürgen and Gertraude Wagner. Mrs. Kelvy worked at Baxter Healthcare where she retired. She loved to travel and work in her yard.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by two sons, Russell Wagner and Robert Wayne Kelvy, Jr. and her brother, Fritz Jürgen Wagner.

Left behind to cherish Mrs. Kelvy’s memory are her husband of 32 years, Sgt. 1st Class Robert W. Kelvy USA Retired of the home; her daughter, Ruth Ann Kelvy of Conyers, GA; three grandchildren, Nathan Antwan Kelvy and fiancé, Lori Blackshear, Dana Theresa Anglin and husband, Otis and Robert W. Kelvy, III; two great-grandchildren, Serena Gabrielle Anglin and Orion Kane Anglin; one sister, Rosemarie Swain of Fullerton, CA; two brothers-in-law, Raymond Kelvy and Charles Swain; one sister-in-law, Maudie Kelvy; eight nieces and nephews; special friends, Ardith Todd, Janice Pyatt, Anna Thompson, Ruth Miller, Patsy Covington and Johanna Sisk; and many, many other friends and relatives. Mrs. Kelvy befriended many people and everyone loved her. She had a very good heart.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, July 15, 2011 at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Saint Matthews Lutheran Church with Pastor Fred Kohls officiating. Burial will follow at McDowell Memorial Park.
