Joyce Faye Gouge

She was born August 25, 1942 in McDowell County, NC to the late Arvill Honeycutt and Thelma Lee Harvey. She was a charter member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Gouge is her Mother; Thelma Lee Harvey, of Marion, Husband; Raymond Dee Gouge, of the home, Daughter; Jacque Gouge Mentink, husband Bill, of Marion, Son; Ricky Dee Gouge, wife, Natalie, of Marion, Daughter; Janet Gouge Bryan, husband Greg, of Marion, Daughter Rebecca Gouge Parker, husband Greg, of Marion, Sister; Judy Ann Johnson, husband “Pee Wee” of Marion, Brother; Ed Honeycutt, wife Jackie, of Marion, and Eight Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Kirksey Funeral Home in Marion. Funeral Services will follow at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 25, 2011 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Page and Rev. Ernest Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
